Who we are
This website and the RainFlowApps apps are operated by RainFlowApps (“RainFlowApps”, “we”). For any privacy question, contact hello@rainflowapps.com.
What we collect
- Contact details you send us through the contact form or by email: name, company, email address and your message.
- Account data when you use an app: login details and the data you enter into the app.
- Technical data such as IP address and browser type, kept in server logs for security. To protect the contact form from abuse we also keep a one-way hash of your IP address for 48 hours to count how many messages were sent.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and set up your trial (performance of a contract, or steps before one).
- To run, secure and support the apps you use (performance of a contract, legitimate interest).
- To send product updates, only if you ticked the box (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data.
Where it’s stored and for how long
App accounts and app data are stored in the European Union (Ireland). The website is served from a global network, so your request may be processed in the data centre closest to you. Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last conversation. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after you close it.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The contact form uses an automated check to tell people from bots; it looks at signals from your browser but does not use them for advertising. Our apps set only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@rainflowapps.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
