Agreement

These terms apply between you (the customer) and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“RainFlowApps”) when you use our website or apps. By starting a trial or subscription, you accept them.

Free trial

Trials last 14 days. At the end of a trial your account pauses unless you choose a paid plan. We may end a trial early if it is misused.

Subscriptions and payment

  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in euros, excluding VAT.
  • Changes between plans are prorated on the next invoice.
  • We give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Paid periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Your data

Data you put into the apps belongs to you. You can export it at any time. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy and data processing agreement.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the apps for anything unlawful, try to break or overload them, or access other customers’ data.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the apps available and reliable, but we can’t promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. [REVIEW WITH COUNSEL.]

Governing law
